His birth was reported on May 14th 1862 by his father, 27 years old Jankief Ry\u017cowy and two witnesses. His mother was Chaja Sura nee Wielodr\u00f3\u017c, 23 years old. What is more, we see at the end a short explanation why Izrael Iciek\u2019s birth was reported so late \u2013 because his father Jankief forgot to do it. In fact real reason was usually connected with tax matters. Jews were usually crafts or merchants and that is why they had to pay other taxes.
